Subject: Seeking Ruling on Nikah via Video Call without Wali's Permission and Subsequent SeparationRespected Ayatollah Mehdi Hadavi Tehrani,As-Salamu Alaykum,I am a Muqallid of Ayatollah Sistani, but regarding the permission of the father (Wali) for marrying a virgin girl (Bint-e-Bakra), I have changed over (Ruju) to your ruling. Kindly provide your guidance on the following scenario:The Marriage: I and a mature, sane girl (both Aqil and Baligh) performed Nikah via video call. The girl was completely consenting. The Ijab-o-Qubool was recited properly in Arabic. The agreed Haq Mahr was also paid. However, the girl's father's permission was not obtained, and there were no witnesses present at the time of the video call.The Situation: The marriage was kept a secret from the families. Now, the girl has quietly left and separated herself from me without any formal divorce (Talaq).My Questions:Is this Nikah valid (Sahih) according to your rulings, given that it was done via video call, without the father's permission, and without witnesses?Do I still hold the shari status of her husband? If she leaves without a Talaq, does the marriage dissolve automatically, or does it still remain valid?Please guide me according to Sharia.JazakAllah Khair.

In the name of Allah
1. This Nikah is valid (Sahih) , given that it was done via video call, without the father's permission, and without witnesses.
2. You are still hold the shari status of her husband.
3. If she leaves without a Talaq, the marriage doesn't dissolve automatically, and is still remain valid.
Surely this ruling is valid if and only if the girl is Rashida in addition to being Aqel and Baleq.
