It has been noticed at times that a man from one family recites the formula of temporary marriage with a girl from another family so as to make the mother of that family his mother-in-law. Thus his visit to that family will be easy and the woman will not have to wear hijab in front of him. It should also be noted that the girl with whom temporary marriage is contracted may even be 5 to 6 years old. Is such a marriage contract especially with a small female child permissible?
