Question 1: Can we give a monthly salary or wage to the Imam of the Jamaat (Imam Wajib Namaz Panjgana)? Answer 1: Question 2: Can this salary be paid from the amount collected from the waqf property of the mosque or (and) from sources of its monthly rent, donations of believers etc. Answer 2 : Question: Is it permissible to pay the monthly salary of Imam Jamaat-e-Panjgana from the amount deposited in the Organisation / administration which is related to Hussainiyah, Majlis-e-Hussainiyya, Nazar-o-Niyaz related to Imamate faith (indefinite), Wakf income of Masjid, etc of community. Answer 3 Sir, please confirm If it is permissible, but the questions are specifically for the purpose of encouraging and arranging five daily congregational prayers. These salaries or wages can be paid from the Organisation / administration affiliated to the mosque or from the accumulated amount of interim property in the mosque affiliated to the Organisation / administration or (and) from the rent or (and) income collected against the use of the property of the mosque. In fact, we Shiites have made it very difficult to arrange congregational prayers if not in Islamia Republic of Iran but it is problem in the rest if there would be necessary guidance of compulsorily having congregational Nemaz in all masjid it will be in the best interest of Dean and can make source of livelihood to Religious Aalim coming after studies Since there is no organised system in place for such grave problems and under the pretext it is ignored like: It of Allah property it is to be used for Masjid (Building, And accessories) only ignoring what is basically the sprit of the Nemaz congregational in particular Insha Allah, you have understood that aim from the questions, the answers to the three questions are interconnected and necessary. Thank you

in the name of God
